The sound is set by default using a DSP (digital sound processor). We are able to get the most detailed frequency of the woofer and tweeter. The DSP has a built-in Compressor and limiter. You use a microphone and another sound check program to measure out the sound coming out of the speaker.

The new speaker has a TWS mode. What does that mean? It means that you can Connect two speakers and play in stereo mode 🔊🔊

After working on the 23CT gold bar cabinet for 3-4

After working on the 23CT gold bar cabinet for 3-4 days the result came out pretty satisfying. It actually took more than 2 layers of gold leafs as they were so ultra thin. It troubled us to make it cover 100%. The gold leafs are sourced from Italy. We also did compare the 23CT with 22CT, and the shade is less yellow in the 23CT as it's more pure. To make it easier to handle we added a transparent protection layer on top. This also prevents the gold from oxidation when putting fingers on it.

The doner for this bar cabinet is a former jerry Can from the second world war year 1943 and it origins from german. The 1937 design.

How to cover a jerry can with 23 CT of gold?

First we clean the former world war 2 fuel can. The old paint and rust by a furnace treatment. Second step is to sandblast it. Third step is to add a primer. Fourth step is a layer of powder coat gold paint. Then we are ready to start with the gold gilding.

When saying it takes 8 hours its a total time as we need to cover it all not by one single time but over two times with one day between as the glue needs to harden.

Final step is assembling. Check the photos in next post to see for yourself.

There a lot of thinking. Measuring and fitting going into the developing of this humidor. As the jerry can has a fixed dimension it’s kinda like building a ship inside a bottle. Our Customer have alot of requirements. The humidor have to store a certain numbers of cigars and it must be humided inside. The must be a drawer ect.

Within short time we’ll present the Customer for a prototype. But first the mock up needs to work out. Not only the design. But is it possible to make?

In a big concrete house build back in 1984 the couple Mathilde and Dan lives. The location is in northern part of Denmark (jutland) on the country side between the city Mariager and Randers city They bought the four years ago with the plane about fully renovate it with a style of industrial and minimalist. They both love things with story and patina where old things are getting new life.
On the photo showing the Nano black bar cabinet Mathilde and Dan choosen a glass frame to keep the corks from the bottles in. What a great way to keep the memories of great wine.
Mathilde was falling in love with the Danish Fuel first aid cabinet and wanted to use it in their new Bathroom. However her husbond Dan loves Wine and Saw an oppurtunity to use it as ,first aid’ provider for he’s collection of wine opener.

One customer from the US is rebuilding a Land Rove

One customer from the US is rebuilding a Land Rover from 2001. He asked us to make a portable bar cabinet to fit in. He had some requirements that the color had to be the Atlantic Green. And its should resist rain.

We made it with American walnut for wood interior as ot would match the cocnag leather seats - bench in the back. And it fits two regular bottles and 4 drinking cups.

As a bonus we also customized a small pocket flask in the same color, and fixed with a leather strap to the inside of the door.

As in world war 2 (the jerry cans origins) the Can was fixed to the jerry with a canvas strap around the entire body. We adapter this method and made a leather strap to be mounted on the body of the Land Rover (photos will be posted later on).

The donor for this Sapphire blue Porsche color is a jerry can from 1968. Former DDR (Easter Germany). Made during the cold war.

Our client ordered a first aid cabinet which was from 1968. He called us and asked if we had anymore jerry cans from 1968, as this was his wifes birthday. Further more her favorite color was blue and she has this Porsche in Sapphire blue. So we had this Sapphire blue paint made and added the bar cabinet clear coat on top. High gloss. It really made the blue color stand out.

Actually our rates are pretty low when we look into the work behind the details and cost of making it here in Denmark.
