Every order ships from Denmark. Courier deliveries need a signature. Insurance is included with the economy express and express options below. In Europe we ship with UPS and GLS; to the rest of the world with FedEx, DHL or TNT.

Import tax and duties
If you choose “Shipping xpress, 3 to 4 days, incl. insurance, import tax and duties”, the carrier invoices us for the import tax and duties of your country and you pay nothing on delivery. With the other options, orders shipped outside the EU may be charged import tax and duties by your country on delivery.
Damaged parcel
If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us straight away on +45 50 50 16 16 or shop@danishfuel.com with a photo and a short description. We will repair or replace the product.

How much is shipping?
We ship from Denmark. Within Denmark, shipping is free on orders from 67 EUR (1 to 2 business days), and Priority shipping costs 8 EUR. To every other country you choose at checkout between economy shipping (14 to 15 days, 39 EUR), economy express with insurance (6 to 8 days, 49 EUR) and express with insurance, import tax and duties included (3 to 4 days, 69 EUR). Is my parcel insured?
Insurance is included with two of the shipping options outside Denmark: economy express (6 to 8 days, 49 EUR) and express (3 to 4 days, 69 EUR). Choose one of them at checkout if you want the parcel insured. Courier deliveries need a signature. If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us straight away with a photo and a short description, and we will repair or replace the product.
Can I return a cabinet?
Standard products can be returned within 30 days if they come back complete and in new condition. You pay the return shipping. Personalised and made-to-order designs, such as special colours, an ID number with initials, or an engraved name or logo, cannot be returned. Returns and warranty.
