Danish Fuel has it´s beginning in Denmark back in 2010. The first three years was with baby steps and a time with prototypes of the suitcase design. In 2013 we entered the international design scene at the world’s most prestigious design fair; Salone int. del Mobile in Milan and we introduced the world scene to our Bar Cabinet design. Ever since it´s has been the source for inspiration for several DIY amateur duplicates. Still there is only one Original Design. Danish Fuel is operated by Seacreed Service A/S vat 14234985.

Upcycling is when you re-use an item, you don’t break the material down or alter the shape. Danish Fuel designs are made from old used Jerry Cans collected from Military surplus warehouses.

We do many designs. Such as colors, wood type for interior, cooling systems for transportable Bar Cabinets, 4-wheel suitcase and so on. You can also request a design form a certain age / year. Mostly all Jerry Cans has a stamp embossed into the front side that tells what year it has been manufactured. We also do laser cutting, if you need your logo on one of the designs Limited editions is from the war period 1939-1945. Customized designs add 1-5 weeks of the production time.

Customs duties & import charges

All domestic and international orders are shipped from Denmark

Customs duties and import tariffs are specifically excluded in the item price or shipping costs. When you place an international order (non-EU), any applicable customs, duties or taxes levied by your destination country are to be expected.

Should any additional charges be levied by the Carrier on delivery outside of customs and import tariffs, please contact our customer support team for reimbursement. Please note that should you, as the recipient, decline to pay these charges on delivery, Seacreed Service AS will be required to cover them in order to have the shipment returned. This amount will be deducted from your refund as a restocking fee.

Should you encounter any problems relating to customs or release of goods for orders in transit, please contact our Customer support team for support.

Incorrect delivery address & rerouting

Once your order has been placed, Seacreed Service AS will assume your address to be correct, verified and double checked. Insurance

Seacreed Service AS insures each purchase for the shipping period until it is delivered to you. Orders shipped with Courier services require a signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you.

If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for the delivery, you also accept the third party’s signature as sufficient proof of delivery and fulfillment by Seacreed Service A/S.

Damage in transit: If your product is damaged on delivery, please contact us without delay and no later than 3 days after delivery. You will need to provide a written description as well as a photo of the damage. We will offer to either replace or repair the product.

Lost in transit: In the event of a lost shipment, no action will be taken until the investigation by the Carrier is concluded. Please note that shipments containing watches are insured, and any such shipment deemed lost by the Carrier will be replaced.

Pre-order fulfillment

Pre-orders are a way of purchasing new releases before they are officially in stock.

All pre-order items include an estimated or expected delivery window on the product page, however we are not always able to predict the exact date on which a pre-ordered item will be available, since it is still in production and pursuant to production challenges and quality assurance checks.

As such, we cannot and do not guarantee specific delivery dates, but will do our very best to keep you updated with the most accurate information available to us. If the expected delivery date changes, we will notify you using the email address linked to your order.

Once your pre-order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification and a tracking number.

If you have ordered a pre-order item along with a stock item, we will attempt to bundle the items as a combined shipment. In some cases, for example orders including a long pre-order period, we may contact you to ask whether you would prefer one or more shipments.

  • All international returned items should be marked ‘Returns and Repairs of Danish Merchandise’ on the customs declaration. This should be written on the packaging as well as on the declaration form (if applicable). Returned packages not labeled in this way may not be delivered to our warehouse and you may be required to pay a surcharge.
  • 30 days return on standard products. If you somehow are unhappy about your product of the one you have given it to has already got one from another friend. Don´t worry. We accept returns with a smile. Just to be clear about the details. Your product must come back to us in fully new condition within 30 days. You are responsible for all the cost of returning the product.  If the product is incomplete, we will not accept. When we have received the product and let it pass a quality control, we´ll return you money. Remember that you are responsible for the returning, Also, if the product is lost during the transportation. Just like we would be responsible for the delivery of the product to you and not you. We dont offer returns on customized products which means products that is made on order. Pre-launch editions, Special colors, personalised items with your own ID number and initials, laser engraved logos/ names, upholstering, special requirements for installation, shelvings ect.

We offer 2 years of warranty on all upcycled designs. The warranty covers any failure caused when manufacturing the upcycled designs. If you have spilt liquid on the shelf or pouring table the warranty does not cover this, but we recommend applying oil every 4 months, so the wood doesn’t dry out. We will by any failure exchange the upcycled design with another design or repair it and also pay the cost for the exchange and repair.
