- 5% buying of a Jerry can
- 20% furnace + sandblasting
- 20% steam wash + new powder coating
- 25% wood interior / bended plywood
- 15% mirrors + lock plate + lock set + edgetrim + screws ect.
- 20% labor cost
Unlimited edition series – new jerry cans
- 10% buying of a Jerry can
- 20% steam wash + new powder coating
- 25% wood interior / bended plywood
- 15% mirrors + lock plate + lock set + edgetrim + screws ect.
- 15% labor cost
So as you see the unlimited edition is 15% cheaper to produce and this sets the pricing in retail and online.
The unlimited series is way faster to make as we dont have all the fitting problems to deal with, and this save us labor cost. All tough the jerry cans i way more expensive to get our hands on as we have to product them from new steel plates.
