Every order ships from Denmark. Courier deliveries need a signature. Insurance is included with the economy express and express options below. In Europe we ship with UPS and GLS; to the rest of the world with FedEx, DHL or TNT.

## Import tax and duties

If you choose “Shipping xpress, 3 to 4 days, incl. insurance, import tax and duties”, the carrier invoices us for the import tax and duties of your country and you pay nothing on delivery. With the other options, orders shipped outside the EU may be charged import tax and duties by your country on delivery.

## Damaged parcel

If your parcel arrives damaged, contact us straight away on [+45 50 50 16 16](tel:+4550501616) or [shop@danishfuel.com](mailto:shop@danishfuel.com) with a photo and a short description. We will repair or replace the product.
